Jennifer VanderVeen is a nationally recognized Elder Law Attorney with more than 20 years of experience helping families navigate complex planning with clarity and compassion.
Jennifer VanderVeen is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and has been Board Certified as a Trust and Estate Lawyer by the Trust & Estate Specialty Board of the Indiana Bar Association. She is a member of the Elder Law sections of both the Indiana and Michigan state bars and is accredited by the Veteran’s Administration to practice before the VA.
Jennifer is highly respected by her peers. She has been the president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and continues to serve in leadership roles within the organization. She is also a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners and the author of Elder Law Advocacy for the Aging.
Importantly, Jennifer is deeply committed to her clients. She devotes her practice to elder law, special needs planning, and estate planning, working with families, individuals, and professionals to create thoughtful and effective strategies for the future.
